Ultra Budget VPS for Learning is needed

Hi, I’m just getting started with Linux and server management and need a very cheap VPS to practice on.
Requirements are minimal: 1GB RAM, basic CPU, and small SSD. Budget is around $5/month. Location doesn’t matter.
Just looking for something stable where I can experiment and learn. Is Greenwebpage.com VPS hosting reliable? Any comments on them please?
