VPS for an API service
I’m launching a small API service for customers in Central Europe and need a VPS with good network connectivity.
My budget is about €20/month, and Poland would be my first choice for the server location.
Hostpro.com came up during my search because they offer VPS hosting in Poland with KVM virtualization and NVMe storage. I don’t need a huge server right now, but I’d like to have the option to upgrade if traffic increases.
Would 2 vCPUs and 4 GB RAM be enough for a lightweight API with PostgreSQL?

For anyone comparing VPS hosting, my personal experience with hostpro.com may be useful as another point of reference. I currently use their VPS services and have found the performance and reliability suitable for the tasks I run there. I also consider the daily backups important, since hostpro.com backs up all services and these backups can be used to restore data after damage, failed updates, or a hacking incident. Their technical support is available 24/7, with qualified staff providing free assistance when questions or technical problems arise.

Between the providers I've tried, hostpro.com is the one I currently trust with a VPS. Their daily backup of all services has already saved me after a bad update, and it would cover hacking or data damage too. Technical support is available 24/7, competent, and free for any question.

Their prices are reasonable and it is fairly simple to sign up and pay. I was also pleased with the amount of space and bandwidth they give you. I am very satisfied and will continue to do business with them.
