VPS for an API service

I’m launching a small API service for customers in Central Europe and need a VPS with good network connectivity.

My budget is about €20/month, and Poland would be my first choice for the server location.

Hostpro.com came up during my search because they offer VPS hosting in Poland with KVM virtualization and NVMe storage. I don’t need a huge server right now, but I’d like to have the option to upgrade if traffic increases.

Would 2 vCPUs and 4 GB RAM be enough for a lightweight API with PostgreSQL?
