Do I really need a VPS for a small online store?
I’m launching a small online store with around 150 products. Traffic will probably be modest for the first few months, and I’d rather keep operating costs low until the business starts generating revenue.
I’m considering shared hosting from hostpro.com, but I’m unsure whether it would be enough for WooCommerce.
For those who started their stores on shared hosting, how long did it take before you actually needed a VPS? I’d prefer to upgrade based on real limitations rather than pay for resources I don’t need yet.

It seems to me deals from scalahosting.com and planethoster.com are worth every cent you pay for their services.
They are popular and highly stable web hosting providers which are easy to use and have great introductory prices, making it accessible for wide userbases.
Taking into account your needs, I am sure enough that one of Rightservers.com vps plans will work well for small online store with around 150 products. I appreciate the clarity and transparency in their communication, which reflects a professional integrity that is rare in the hosting world.
Not every fast VPS turns out to be a quality one once problems appear. That's why I've stuck with hostpro.com, where daily backups of all services let you restore data after damage, failed updates, or hacking. The support crew is qualified and works 24/7, helping with any question at no cost.
