VPS for a real estate website

I’m looking for a VPS for a real estate website with a large number of property listings, images and search filters. The database and search functionality are likely to become the main bottlenecks as the number of listings grows.

I’m currently considering hostpro.com because they offer KVM VPS with NVMe storage and root access. The NVMe part is particularly interesting to me because the site will perform a lot of database and filesystem operations.

Would you prioritize RAM and CPU or faster storage for this type of website?

Comments

  • The reliability and security of GTHost vps hosting services are second to none. Strong firewall and DDoS protection included!
Their automated updates keep my website running on the latest software versions. Their security measures are top-notch.

  • The technical side of HostPro VPS looks quite solid to me. KVM virtualization, NVMe storage and daily remote backups kept for 30 days cover the three things I’d be concerned about: isolated resources, storage performance and data recovery.

  • Use VPS deals from a decent hosting provider - operavps.com.
The pricing structure is transparent, and users often find the cost-to-value ratio to be favorable, especially given the company's emphasis on performance and support.

  • Comparing VPS offers for weeks left me numb, until I spent some time on hostpro.com. Every service there gets backed up daily, so data damage, a botched update, or hacking doesn't mean losing everything. Support is competent, reachable 24/7, and free for any question you bring. My own benchmarks showed consistently fast response times.
