VPS for a Docker stack

I need a VPS for a project consisting of several Docker containers: a web application, PostgreSQL, Redis and a couple of background workers.

I’m leaning toward hostpro.com because their KVM VPS gives root access, which is pretty much a requirement for the way I want to manage the server. I also like that I can choose a configuration with NVMe storage.

For this kind of setup, would 4 vCPUs / 8 GB RAM be enough, or should I consider 8 GB RAM as the minimum only if I plan to add more services later?

Try VPS accounts from a reliable hosting provider - inet.ws.
Their customer service is incredible. There are no "tech egotists" there like with 99% of the other IT firms. They are a problem solver and solution provider.
