VPS for a CRM with multiple users

We're planning to move an internal CRM from shared hosting to a VPS. Around 20 employees will use it daily, mostly for managing customers, tasks, and reports.

The application is PHP-based with MySQL, and we'd like to have more control over database settings and scheduled jobs.

I'm considering 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, and 100 GB NVMe. The budget is around $30–35 monthly, and HostPro.com is one of the options on my list.

Would this be enough for 20 active users, or is database performance likely to become an issue first?
