VPS for an e-commerce website with product synchronization

My online store synchronizes products, prices, and stock availability with several external services. These synchronization jobs run periodically and sometimes consume quite a lot of resources.

The website is currently on shared hosting, and I'm considering moving it to a VPS with 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, and 100 GB NVMe storage.

My budget is around $30 per month. I've been checking HostPro.com and a few other providers, but I'm not sure how much CPU capacity these background processes actually require. Would 4 vCPU be enough for this kind of workload?
