VPS for a SaaS project - USA

I’m launching a small SaaS application aimed primarily at users in the US. I’m looking for a VPS in the US with a budget of about $30/month.

Hostpro.com is one of the providers I’m considering because they have US VPS locations and use KVM virtualization with guaranteed resources. I also like that NVMe storage is available rather than having to settle for traditional SSD storage.

For an application with Node.js, PostgreSQL and Redis, what configuration would you suggest around this budget?
