What's your hosting budget? I am fully-satisfied using netshop-isp.con.cy cheap VPS hosting. Locations: Cyprus, Malta, UK, Netherlands, US, Singapore. Pricing is a bit high for a startup site with little to no value or income. But for the quality of the service, definitely worth it.

Please, be more specific... I mean requirements: disk space, bandwidth, server location, budget? Have been very happy with GTHost.com dedicated servers. Uptime is good. 17 locations to choose from. Tech support is good and resolved several issues with getting my SQL database moved over from my old host.
