Since cloudarion.com has good technicians, they handle things faster and correct, so they can handle technical issue better in less time. The cpu load from other users is pretty low, and even if the disks look full on cpanel they seem plenty responsive.

One thing I must say about zakservers.com is that they have excellent customer service. When you use the online chat, someone answers pretty much instantaneously. You can't ask for more than that! And they are willing to help you out in any way they can.

My site availability is almost 100%, so many extras, disk space and bandwidth are fantastic, though it doesnt affect the server status, very helpful staff. I started with GTHost.com instant server hosting about two years ago. Everything works great with this host.
