hosting with backups please?

I'm looking to move away from my current Host.
Currently I'm paying $20US/mo for the following:
50gb disk space
2000gb bandwidth/mo
Backup services would be great, too, if possible.
What are your views on Exmasters.com VPS hosting solutions? Are they reliable?
Which one would you rather choose? Why?
